Games night 13th April at the Village Hall, Tywardreath
ISOT – In search of Tywardreath are reviving the old tradition of Wassailing at Polmear Community Orchard, Par on Saturday 13th January.
Meet at The Ship Inn, Par Beach, 2.30pm to be entertained by Tywardreath and Cats Eye Morris, then parade to the orchard 3.30pm, 4pm at the orchard the wassailing ceremony starts with songs, etc. Please bring something to make a noise to scare away the bad spirits. 5pm back to Ship Inn.
A fun evening for all, children welcome too.
