Wassailing on January 10th at the Ship Inn and Polmear Community Orchard.
Starting 2.30pm at the pub then 3.30pm process to the orchard , 4pm awake the spirits of the trees with dancing and singing, 5pm return to pub.
Please bring along something to make a noise with and beware the ground may be slippery.
Apparently the Ship’s old apple tree has never fruited so well!!
