Turn right after half mile (signed Prideuax & Luxulyan Valley). Travel further half mile up hill (past gates to Prideaux House). Gardens Cottage is opposite the large farm buildings (parking will be well signed). Easy parking in adjacent farmyard Disabled parking available on-site. Flat access to parts of the garden can also be arranged. Dogs welcome (on lead)
